Is it safe to use my credit card online?

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours

Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm in East African Standard Time (+3 GMT) and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately.

Which deliveries quality for free shipping?

Free shipping is provided for delivery of two days or more from the date of your order. Same day and next day delivery is also available; however an additional expedited delivery surcharge will apply.

Peak Holiday Times

The floral and gift business experiences an increased volume of orders during major holiday periods, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. While we ordinarily can guarantee delivery on the exact date you choose for delivery, the high volume of orders we handle during major holidays prevents us from guaranteeing delivery during those weeks. During these times, we may ask you during checkout to select alternative delivery dates in the event we cannot meet your originally requested date. Please keep this in mind when placing all your holiday orders.

Order and delivery E-Mail Confirmations

After your order is submitted, you will receive a series of e-mails with status of your order.

  1. An order confirmation e-mail within one hour of your order, informing you that your order has been received.
  2. A Delivery confirmation e-mail informing your that your item has been received.

Be sure to enter a valid e-mail address when you provide your Billing information to ensure that you receive these confirmations.

Cancelling an Order

If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it.
